These dishes celebrate an abundance of leafy greens, including Kauai-grown kale, spinach, parsley, cilantro & leek. Both are made hearty with organic beans (kidney, garbanzo, lentils), prepared fresh. In addition to savoring nourishing doses of fenugreek, turmeric & dried lime in these ancient dishes, we'll go deeper into the cultural significance & celebrations behind Asheh Reshteh & Gormeh Sabzi. Class sizes are kept intimate for a comfortable learning environment. Workshops are hosted at a private location in Wailua, which will be shared via email after your ticket purchase.
$65 per guest includes hors d'oeuvres, recipes cards to take home, and tools & materials for the cooking workshop. We will enjoy our creations for dinner, along with Salad Shirazi, Mastoh Khiar and cucumber mint iced tea.
