Kauai-Grown Persian Cooking Class

Explore new ways of enjoying Kauai-grown herbs and vegetables through Persian cuisine. Kimya Sadaghiani of Harmonious Roots will guide you through each step of creating Haft Rang Dolmeh, a flavorful stuffed cabbage recipe passed down to her from her Maman Joon.

$65 per guest includes hors d'oeuvres, recipe cards to take home, and tools & materials for the cooking workshop. We will enjoy our creations for dinner, along with salad shirazi, mastoh khiar and cucumber mint iced tea.

Class sizes are kept at five guests to preserve an intimate and comfortable learning environment. Workshops are hosted in an intimate & comfortable learning environment at a private location in Wailua, which will be emailed post ticket purchase.
