Explore new ways of enjoying Kauai-grown herbs and vegetables by way of traditional Persian cuisine. Kimya Sadaghiani of Harmonious Roots will guide you through each step of creating Haft Rang Dolmeh, a flavorful stuffed cabbage recipe passed down to her from her Maman Joon, made of Kauai-grown produce (vegan).
Class sizes are kept at five guests to preserve an intimate and comfortable learning environment. Workshops are hosted at a private location in Wailua that will be emailed to you after your ticket purchase.
Hors d'oeuvres, recipes, materials & tools are included. We will enjoy our creations for dinner, and guests are welcomed to bring wine or their beverage of choice.
